Thanks for your time. I probably never mentioned this but when we first

called you years ago to try to buy a house, you talked to us and took us

seriously where a number of realtors only saw a struggling young couple not

worth their time. You even helped with the financing. That first sale wasn't

worth too much but the second one was better - and my parents may be better
